At Naha Port, you can complete the customs confirmation for your tax-free purchases at the tax refund kiosks installed in the terminal.
Please complete the customs confirmation before checking your tax-free purchases in with your shipping company or going through departure procedures. How your refund is paid after the customs confirmation depends on the store and the refund operator.

The customs inspection area is near the tax refund kiosks. If asked by a customs officer, please present your tax-free purchases.
Cash refunds
There are no cash refund terminals or counters at Naha Port.
Refunds are paid by the method set by the store or refund operator (such as credit card or electronic payment). Please check the refund method when you buy.
