At Yokohama Port, you can complete the customs confirmation for your tax-free purchases at the tax refund kiosks installed in the terminal.
Please complete the customs confirmation before checking your tax-free purchases in with your shipping company or going through departure procedures. How your refund is paid after the customs confirmation depends on the store and the refund operator.
