- Create an account at JPrefund.com using an email address and password, then register your passport, contact details and refund method. Use the same passport as at purchase; registering a different passport prevents the refund from being processed. There are three ways to register purchases: scan the QR code provided at the shop; enter the 20-digit transaction ID saved at purchase or printed on the receipt; or enter the purchase date and tax-included total shown on the receipt. Take a photo of the transaction ID to keep it safe.
